Grant-Deneau Building USA
Dayton, Ohio, USA
4,700㎡

Project introduction
Originally completed in 1970, the Dayton tower was the first high-rise building in the city. Its renovation focused on improving façade insulation performance, indoor acoustic comfort, and condensation resistance through the application of the LEADUS vacuum glass curtain wall system, while also considering construction efficiency and retrofit cost control.
Application Advantages
For this project, LEADUS vacuum glass was used to replace the existing single-pane tempered façade glazing. The retrofit solution enabled phased installation without dismantling the original curtain wall structure, allowing the building to remain operational throughout the renovation process. This approach helped shorten the construction period and reduce both installation complexity and overall retrofit costs.
