Project introduction
The renovation of the Hong Kong Regent Hotel was driven by the need to improve façade insulation performance and overall building energy efficiency. The original glazing system no longer met the thermal performance expectations of a premium hospitality property, contributing to greater heat loss, higher energy consumption, and reduced indoor comfort. In addition, the project presented a complex technical requirement involving the application of large-format vacuum glazing within a landmark building renovation.
