LEADUS at China Glass Shanghai: Showcasing VIG Products and Advanced Manufacturing Equipment

The 35th China International Glass Industrial Technical Exhibition (China Glass 2026) took place April 7–10, 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The world’s premier glass industry trade fair brought together 881 exhibitors from 28 countries and regions, attracting over 107,000 professional visitors.

Driving the global low-carbon transition in architecture, LEADUS officially exhibited at China Glass Shanghai at Booth N1-290. At this event, LEADUS expanded its showcase beyond high-performance Vacuum Insulated Glass (VIG) products to feature its core VIG manufacturing equipment—bridging the gap between foundational manufacturing technology and end-user applications to deliver end-to-end, sustainable, and systemic solutions for the global construction, fenestration, and facade industries.

Equipment at the Forefront

The centerpiece of LEADUS’s presence at China Glass 2026 was its VIG manufacturing equipment, offering visitors a direct view into the industrial mechanisms behind large-scale vacuum glass production. At Booth N1-290, attendees were invited to evaluate the operational mechanisms, production capacity, and technical advantages of LEADUS VIG manufacturing equipment firsthand—gaining insight into the engineering depth and scalability that underpins LEADUS’s manufacturing system.

Alongside the equipment, fully tempered VIG product samples—produced by this same manufacturing line—were on display for physical assessment of thermal and acoustic performance. All LEADUS VIG products feature proprietary metallic edge sealing, achieving thermal performance as low as U<0.3 W/(m²·K), sound reduction >40 dB, and a design lifespan of >25 years. The combined presentation of equipment and product delivered a complete picture of LEADUS’s end-to-end capability, from production line to building facade.

LEADUS’s participation reflects a direct response to tightening building energy regulations worldwide, where high-performance insulating glass is rapidly shifting from premium specification to mainstream requirement. Throughout the four-day exhibition, professionals from the global construction, fenestration, facade, and engineering contractor sectors visited LEADUS at Booth N1-290. In-depth discussions with LEADUS’s on-site engineering teams covered equipment integration, production line planning, and bespoke low-carbon strategies for upcoming projects. Multiple preliminary partnership discussions were initiated during the event.
