LEADUS Showcases at the 40th Şişecam International Glass Conference

From June 18 to 19, 2026, the 40th Şişecam International Glass Conference was held at Raffles Istanbul, Türkiye. Under the theme “United to Innovate: A Future-Focused Transformation of Energy & Glass,” the conference brought together representatives from the global glass industry, building energy efficiency sector, advanced manufacturing field, and academic community to discuss the future of glass innovation.

LEADUS was invited to participate in the conference. On June 18, Pekka E.J. Nieminen, Vice President of Global Sales at LEADUS, delivered a technical presentation at the Innovation Session, sharing insights into VIG 3.0 fully tempered vacuum insulated glass technology, low-temperature metallic soldering, vacuum sealing solutions, and industrial manufacturing pathways.

During the presentation, Pekka introduced the basic structure and performance advantages of vacuum insulated glass, including thermal insulation, noise reduction, and lightweight design. He also highlighted LEADUS’ low-temperature metallic soldering solution within its VIG 3.0 technology system, which is designed to support long-term structural reliability and vacuum stability in fully tempered vacuum insulated glass products.

In addition to product technology, Pekka presented LEADUS’ practical experience in dedicated VIG equipment, continuous production lines, automated manufacturing, and integrated process solutions. These capabilities reflect LEADUS’ commitment to supporting glass processors in scaling up the production and application of high-performance vacuum insulated glass.

The presentation also featured building renovation cases from the United States, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, and Beijing, demonstrating the application value of VIG 3.0 fully tempered vacuum insulated glass in energy-saving renovations, high-performance windows and doors, green buildings, and low-carbon urban renewal projects.

LEADUS will continue to focus on VIG 3.0 fully tempered vacuum insulated glass technology, advanced sealing processes, intelligent manufacturing equipment, and industrial applications, working with global partners to promote the development of energy-saving glass and low-carbon buildings.
